Depression Counselling

Depression rarely announces itself all at once — more often it's a gradual flattening, a loss of interest in things that used to matter, or a tiredness that sleep doesn't fix.

Depression can look different from person to person: for some it's constant low mood, for others it's more about numbness, irritability, or simply going through the motions without feeling present. Whatever form it takes for you, the first step in therapy is usually just describing it accurately, often for the first time.

Working through depression together means looking at what's maintaining it — patterns of thinking, relationships, history, or circumstances — at a pace that doesn't ask you to have energy you don't have.

Sessions available in person in Cork, or online worldwide.
